MOUZ and ENCE pick up comfortable wins in Europe RMR

OG and HEET are down 0-1 in the B group following losses in the first round.
MOUZ and ENCE have kicked off their campaigns in the IEM Road to Rio Europe RMR B tournament with convincing victories in the opening round against OG and HEET, respectively.
It is a positive start for ENCE in the qualifier for the IEM Rio Major after what has been a difficult early period for the team so far with off-season additions Álvaro "SunPayus" García and Valdemar "valde" Bjørn Vangså.
Following a disappointing 1-4 group stage run at ESL Pro League and a failure to qualify for the BLAST Premier Showdown, the Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer-led squad have gotten off on the right foot in the Major-qualifying tournament as they repeated their sole victory from EPL three weeks ago against HEET.

The two new signings led the way for the team in their opening victory at the RMR, as SunPayus and valde put up 1.47 and 1.44 ratings, respectively. The latter played a key role in ensuring that the game would not slip from ENCE's hands, securing the second pistol round with a 1v3 clutch to keep momentum on the favorites' side.
HEET had their chances to make it a closer affair and challenge for the victory, but they let opportunities go when they got caught off-guard in multiple anti-halfbuy scenarios, which eventually left them with little space for any more mistakes.
In one of the highlight matches of the first day of the European RMRs, MOUZ looked in control in their Vertigo affair against OG. A solid all-around performance from the individuals around Christopher "dexter" Nong was a stark contrast to the Nemanja "nexa" Isaković-led team, who had the in-game leader and Adam "NEOFRAG" Zouhar lagging behind their teammates significantly.
Even after winning both pistols as well as a 2v5 situation in the first half and a 3v5 in the second, OG could not keep up with a strong-looking MOUZ side, who secured their first win in the Swiss stage with the former academy trio of Dorian "xertioN" Berman, Jon "JDC" de Castro, and Ádám "torzsi" Torzsás atop the scoreboard.
