G2 defeat SK, on to EPL grand final

After beating SK 2-0 (16-12 on both Cache and Overpass), G2 are the first team to reach the grand final at the ESL Pro League Season 5 Finals in Dallas.
The series started on Cache, SK's map pick, with Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo and Fernando "fer" Alvarenga pulling off a 2v4 in their T-side pistol round, with the former adding three kills into his name. Regardless of buying AKs, the Brazilians stumbled upon Kenny "kennyS" Schrub, who helped G2 on winning the force-buy with a Desert Eagle triple-kill.
The Frenchmen did not let SK answer for four more rounds. After picking their second, FalleN's team won another with a quad-kill from fer in a 2v4 with João "felps" Vasconcellos. This eventually led the Brazilians to a 5-5 tie. Both squads then traded rounds, but it was SK who managed to grab the lead with a quad-kill and 1v2 clutch from Epitacio "TACO" de Melo.
After losing two more, G2 secured the 7-8 scoreline with a triple-kill from Alexandre "bodyy" Pianaro succeeded by a 1v2 from kennyS. When the second half began, Richard "shox" Papillon was the key player for the French team in the pistol round. Following a triple-kill, Papillon pulled off a 1v2 – in which felps did not have enough time to defuse the bomb.
From that point onward, G2 kept on securing a seven-round streak. SK then replied with four more throughout the remaining rounds, but the French squad closed off Cache with a 16-12 scoreline after winning a semi-buy with a decisive flank from shox.
With a four men stack in the B bombsite, SK secured the first pistol round on Overpass, G2's pick. Despite of not getting any bomb plants, their adversaries did a force-buy in the third round that eventually got them a 3-2 lead as Terrorists. Both teams then reached the five mark, but it was the Brazilians who kept on winning rounds until the end of the first half.
As for the second half, bodyy opened it with a triple-kill with the USP-S to help his team secure the pistol round. After winning the subsequent two, the Frenchmen were two rounds away from reaching the tie. However, the Brazilian roster won one more before losing three in a row for a 11-11 draw.
The Brazilians then reached their 12th round, but G2 had their mind set on the grand final of the ESL Pro League Season 5. The Frenchmen continued on overwhelming SK's T-side as they closed off Overpass 16-12, and the series 2-0, with five straight Counter-Terrorist rounds.
